    Important Information about the Condominium Association     

Annual Unit Owners Meeting   

The annual Unit Owners Meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 16th, 2010 at 7:00pm in the Pennsbury Village Community Room. 

There are two seats that are open for election to the Association Board of Directors this year. This is your chance to get involved in your community.

The 2012 Budget and the State of the Condo reports will also be presented at this meeting.

Be sure to mark your calendars for this important meeting!

Another Successful Garden Tour 2011

Congratulations to all those who participated in  Pennsbury's Fourth Annual Garden Tour.  Once again, we were fortunate to enjoy good weather for the day.  Members of the community responded by coming out to tour and bring family and friends. 

 After the tour, everyone enjoyed the chance to visit and have refreshments in the community room.

 Thanks to all of you for attending and to all who shared their beautiful gardens and decks with us.
